9. Check if your photo has got correctly uploaded. Then click “Confirm Photo.”
10. Finally, you will receive a confirmation with your photo alongside all the details which are taken from the Cowin website for creating your Universal Pass. Click “Confirm Details.”
11. Now click on “Apply for Universal Pass.”
12. Your Pass is generated successfully. You will receive a download link on your registered mobile number.
13. Click on the link and download your Universal Pass.
